This taco seasoning recipe can be prepared ahead and used to for Carne Asada, to season Ground Beef for tacos or added to your favorite salad dressing.

Taco Seasoning Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground guajillo chile pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ground ancho chile pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 4-1/2 teaspoons sweet paprika
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons ground coriander

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl; press evenly onto beef steak(s).

  2. Grill, pan-broil or broil steaks; place roast in oven and cook according to chart. Cook to medium rare (145°F) to medium (160°F) doneness.
