The California Beef Council has a wealth of educational resources and teaching kits for elementary teachers.

Six of the CBC's teaching kits have been aligned to Content Standards for California Public Schools by Jeannette Bucher, a classroom teacher from Surprise Valley Elementary. Michael Ann Rossi, Ph.D., Coordinator, Categorical Programs and Accountability for the San Mateo County Office of Education, served as a consultant on the project.

To receive your free teaching kit and content standard checklist, contact the California Beef Council.
